Our open level classes are open to all bodies over 18 who want to stay active, maintain and or increase strength, flexibility and versatility in their movement vocabulary while building confidence and conquering fear through training acro and dance.  This program is designed as maintenance for the professional dancer and intensive training for the upcoming pro.  Train with like-minded, motivated dancers in a supportive and non-competitive environment with our amazing staff.  Become immersed in SODC culture and develop and discover the best version of yourself.  Start by Showing Up, then try your best, work hard and Finish Strong.  Whether a total beginner, a former dancer / gymnast or a working professional, we will welcome you and Show you Love and Support on your journey to SHOWING OFF.  Is 2024 the year you elevate your skills?  Stop hiding and fearing failure.  Now is your time.
